My teenage summers weren't the least bit exciting! I worked full-time at a grocery store... started at 16 and stayed there for five years just working my way up the pay scale. So boring and responsible of me...

Tell me about your favorite vacation spot...

DH and I love the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando. We've been several times for business trips (well, business for him... my business is relaxing by the pool! LOL). This place has everything - restaurants, shopping, a spa... everything!

We haven't been there since I was pregnant with our son, but we're going back (no business this time!) for our 10th anniversary in September. Can't wait!

keeping busy (and a new blinkie)

It's been a busy week here, but things are going okay and I've managed to get some scrapping done. You might've noticed I have a new CT blinkie! Yep, I've joined the site CT for PurplePaperFlowers.com :) They have a great mix of talented designers -- and they just welcomed one more because Mandy has joined the design staff! She also has a 3rd store opening soon (talk about busy! LOL).

Here are some LOs I've done at PPF. I used "Sunshine on Wildflowers" by Theresa Hernandez for the first 2 pages. Images are clickable for additional credits.

4th of July weekend wrap-up

Hope everyone in the states had a great holiday weekend. :) We were able to visit some family and my little guy had a blast playing with his cousin. I used JenLin's Free Fourth kit to scrap a page tonight. You can still snag both the papers and elements on her blog!
