just for fun

Here are a couple of layouts I finished this weekend. :) The first one was for a font challenge and the font just seemed to go well with a layout that I was already planning to do. Great timing!


The one below is another layout I've been planning to do and just hadn't found time until now. My crazy kid is SUCH a veggie lover -- actually, just a lover of all foods that are healthy -- that he's never been overly interested in cake. Granted, I'm a meanie and don't really give him sweets at any time other than his birthday... but still, you'd think he'd want some birthday cake! What toddler doesn't love cake?!? He totally refused it the first year and it was looking like we might have the same results the second year. Jenn's "Benny Mac" kit worked great for this layout.

reading to daddy

Here's a fun layout I did tonight. My little guy looooves to "read" the grocery ads to daddy every week, which mostly involves identifying produce. haha! He takes it quite seriously, as if daddy would never know what an apple looked like if he didn't point it out. We try to play along. ;)

Harmony

Here's my first layout for my new CT! This was made with "Harmony" by Baubles -n- Scraps. I just love the colors in this kit. It was perfect for this photo of DH with our son.

I love Beckie's "Adorable You" kit! It's just perfect for all the baby photos I've been meaning to scrap (my "baby" is 2½ now, LOL!) I'm sure I'll catch up quickly though thanks to this kit. It's coming soon to both stores so keep an eye out! Click the image to leave me some love. :)

Another CT!

I applied for another CT earlier this week. Well, I just heard back. I'm joining the CT for Beckie Wallace Designs! I'm already a big fan of her work so I'm really looking forward to working with her and her team. :)
